With our project management system in which all departments are integrated, we respond directly to all special and standard demands of customers.

The door system is applied in projects. For product design, data is usually received from customers. However, in the absence of data, we realize the design. We draw designs to the needs of the customers and are compatible with other parts. The project manages time and budget. We intervene early and remove any deviations that may occur in the project. For this reason, we attach great importance to the project getting along well with purchasing, quality, and logistics.

After each project step, we proceed to the next step with verification tests, make preparations as if we have started mass production in trial productions, and prepare for mass production with the goal of continuous improvement. All problems that may arise during mass production are included in the "project management" process and improvements and corrections are implemented with the review studies carried out from start to finish. If there is any change while the part is in mass production, project management is carried out.
