Environmental Protection
As AL-KOR, we respect the environment and continue our work in an environmentally friendly manner. Our company has 14001 Environmental Management System certificate. Based on our environment-oriented service approach, we share all cardboard and plastic waste from our suppliers to our production, within the scope of the Waste Management Plan, with licensed recycling companies. In addition, we forward the hazardous wastes resulting from our production to the licensed waste disposal and recycling companies with which we have a contract.
We work closely with OEM brands that can reach the “0 Emission” status, which is the main target of the automotive industry in the near future. We aim to use recyclable raw materials and aim to be one of the companies that can play a positive role in the sustainability of the automotive industry and the environment. Based on this goal, we complete our Carbon Footprint calculations, covering all processes from our suppliers to our production, and we continue to work on carbon implementation at the border.

Occupational Health And Safety Policy
Occupational health and safety is the priority issue of AL-KOR MAKİNA within the framework of respect for human beings. Our goal is to create a workplace with zero accidents and zero occupational disease values in a safe and healthy environment by taking full occupational health and safety measures by labor laws and current OHS norms.
Our OHS mission is to take precautions before an accident instead of taking protective measures after an accident occurs. Within this framework;
- The first condition of being a member of the Al-Kor family is to work safely
- Each of our employees and all subcontractors, suppliers and visitors working in the AL-KOR factory are responsible for fully implementing the OHS instructions.
- All our employees are natural members of OHS activities and take and develop measures related to their work in order to achieve the goal of zero accidents and zero occupational diseases in OHS activities
- OHS points will be examined in the internal audit processes and the detected non-conformities are primarily eliminated permanently.
- Managers are responsible for the occupational health and safety of all employees under their management or control.
- Raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, equipment, and materials used from the design stage of products and processes to the consumption process are evaluated in terms of chemical, biological, and physical hazards.
- It is ensured that all our organization departments comply with international and national legislation and Al-Kor standards.
- Occupational Health and Safety Management Programs are created, important occupational health and safety risks are revealed and targets are set for continuous improvement.
- Key Performance Indicators for health and safety are measured and reported.
- All incidents and accidents that occur in the workplace or that may result in serious injury are examined and necessary improvements are made to prevent their recurrence.
- All of our employees are provided with appropriate skills and competencies regarding occupational health and safety through information and training programs.
